How this works — Photo gallery

A responsive masonry gallery of every staff-approved member photo.

One query for attachments with an approved moderation status, laid out as a CSS columns masonry (no JavaScript). Because approval is the only gate, the gallery and the moderation queue can never disagree — the same meta field drives both.
